Justin Creasy is the Web Experience & AI Manager at Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the country. He works on many parts of victra.com, including web design, SEO, data tracking, and marketing tools. His work helps support victra.com and almost 1,500 Victra stores across the country.
Justin has 6 years of experience in web work. He has spent the last 4 of those years at Victra. His main goal is to make victra.com easier and better to use. He does this through web design, SEO, and new AI tools that help create and manage content.
Justin also knows Verizon’s products well. He understands Verizon’s phones, plans, and network options. This helps him build a website that is not just well-made, but also helpful for customers trying to pick the right phone or plan.
Justin helped launch a digital business card tool used in hundreds of Victra stores. He has also built and managed websites using different platforms, including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
Outside of work, Justin is a big Carolina Hurricanes fan. He has also played soccer his whole life. Both of these have taught him how to work well with a team – a skill he brings to his work at Victra every day.
Education
Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Radford University, with a minor in Information Systems. This mix of design and tech skills helps him do his job well today.
