Enroll in Verizon Auto Pay
When you enroll in Auto Pay with Verizon, you are selecting the most convenient way to pay over time and with Auto Pay you may become eligible for additional discounts. After enrollment, your bank account or credit card will be automatically charged monthly.
To enroll in Auto Pay you will need your bank debit card, credit card, or bank account information. When your bill is ready for review each month, you'll receive an email or text message notification that includes your monthly bill amount, and confirms that your payment is scheduled for the date you selected.
(1) Auto Pay set up through Verizon.com
To enroll through the Verizon website, just sign in to the Manage Your Payment Settings Page in My Verizon and follow the prompts. For video instructions on how to set up Auto Pay please click here.
(2) Auto Pay set up through the My Verizon app
To Enroll in My Verizon Auto Pay, sign into the My Verizon app and tap the More or Menu icon and hover over “Billing” or Bill, then select Auto Pay.
Pay by online bank transfer
You can submit payments directly to Verizon from your online bank account. If you are transferring for the first time, it helps to call your bank’s Customer Service department beforehand and they can walk you through the online transfer steps. You will need to provide the following information to Verizon as part of the bank transfer when making the payment from your online bank account:
Include your 14-digit Verizon account number (for example: 987654321-12345) located on the Bill overview page in your online My Verizon account.
You also need to specify the Verizon bill remittance address and include it with the online bank transfer. To locate this address in you My Verizon account, select View Bill PDF from the Bill Overview page, and scroll down to the bottom of the bill to find the remittance document with the PO box address.
Make a one-time payment from the Verizon website or app
To make a one-time payment towards your bill visit one of these Verizon websites:

To make a one-time payment through your My Verizon account simply login and select Bill from the My Verizon navigation, then click Pay options. Initiate your payment by selecting to Pay in full, Pay another amount or Make a split arrangement if you need more time. Click Continue.
You'll then select your payment method. Verizon recommends using your checking account, although you can also choose Debit, Credit, or ATM card, or even pay by Verizon Wireless Gift Card.
If you haven't saved your payment information, click Add method. Enter all of the required payment information. Your payment information will automatically be saved for future payments. If you don't want the new payment information to be saved, uncheck the box.
Once you've provided all required information, click Continue. Before submitting your payment, review the payment details. If you need to make any changes, click Edit. If everything looks good, click Confirm.
