iPhone Duo

The first foldable iPhone. Open it and you get the largest display Apple has ever put on an iPhone. Close it and it goes in your pocket.

The highlights.

Foldable design

One iPhone, two displays.

iPhone Duo is the first foldable iPhone. Opened, it is the thinnest iPhone Apple makes and carries the largest display the company has ever built into one — Apple puts it at 50 percent larger than iPhone 18 Pro Max. Closed, the outer display still covers more than 90 percent of the screen area of iPhone 18 Pro, so the compact half is a full phone rather than a secondary panel. iOS 27 moves between the two as you fold and unfold.

It comes in two finishes: Night Sky and Star White.

Take a closer look.

Because it folds, iPhone Duo holds a shape. Each one changes what the phone is good for.

iPhone Duo held open in landscape with two apps side by side

Landscape. A wide, uninterrupted surface for films and games, or two apps at once with Split View multitasking.

Expansive display

Room to get lost in.

The 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR inner display4 keeps the same aspect ratio as the 5.4-inch outer display,4 so what you were looking at carries over when you unfold. It is built from ten ultrathin layers with a custom nano-texture finish that cuts glare, and the FaceTime camera sits under the display until you need it — an uninterrupted surface, flat and smooth end to end.

Versatility

Reimagined iOS.

A folding design and iOS 27 together open up things a single-slab phone cannot do. Work on the outer display, then unfold for the large one. Angle it for a film. Stand it up and take a call hands-free. Moving between displays and orientations is seamless.

  • iPhone Duo standing in StandBy mode showing a clock and widgets

    StandBy

Use StandBy just about anywhere, charging or not, and iPhone Duo becomes a clock, a photo frame, or a panel for weather, calendar and your widgets.

  • A Siri AI conversation window open on the inner display of iPhone Duo

    Siri AI

Ask questions and get answers in a rich conversation window. The larger canvas gives Siri AI room to show its work.2

  • iPhone Duo part-folded on a table playing a film on the outer display

    Flexible views

With two displays you always have a choice — including watching something on the outer display at exactly the angle you want.

  • iPhone Duo standing on a desk during a hands-free FaceTime call

    Hands-free FaceTime

iPhone Duo stands on its own, so you can take a FaceTime call without holding the phone up.

Advanced camera system

A camera on both sides of the fold.

A second display changes what a phone camera can do. The person you are photographing can see themselves. Everyone can get in the shot. And the sensors behind it capture 48MP stills and 4K video at 120 fps.

  • A group photo captured hands-free by Smart Take on iPhone Duo

    Smart Take

iPhone Duo can tell when everyone is ready and take the picture, so you are in the shot instead of running back to it.

  • A subject watching their own live preview on the outer display of iPhone Duo

    Duo Preview

The outer display shows the person you are photographing a live preview, so they can fix their pose and framing themselves.

  • A child looking toward the lens at a Kid Cue animation on iPhone Duo

    Kid Cue

Playful animations on the outer display draw a child's eyes to the lens — which is most of the work of photographing a child.

  • Two people joining the same call from both displays with Duo FaceTime

    Duo FaceTime

Someone next to you can join the call on the outer display — no crowding into one frame, no passing the phone back and forth.

The rest of the system carries over and grows: Photographic Styles 3 now tunes texture and grain as well as tone and colour, Cinematic mode can be adjusted after the fact, time-lapse records in 4K with Dolby Vision HDR, and 2x optical-quality zoom comes off the high-resolution sensor rather than a crop. Apple Intelligence adds Spatial Reframing, the Extend tool and a stronger Clean Up.5

Performance and battery life

Built for the big display.

The A20 Pro chip pairs a Dual 16-core Neural Engine with a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators, and a vapor chamber moves the heat out so it can hold that pace through a long game or a heavy editing session. Apple's own comparisons put the 6-core CPU up to 20 percent faster than A19 Pro, with up to 50 percent more memory bandwidth.6

Power comes from a dual-battery system that uses the space an internal eSIM design frees up,7 plus a C2 modem built for efficiency. Apple's testing puts video playback at up to 31 hours on the inner display and up to 44 hours on the outer one, and a drained phone back to about half charge in roughly 20 minutes on a fast wired charger.1

iOS 27 and Apple Intelligence

Everything else it does.

Siri AI is a conversational assistant that can hold a back-and-forth, find something buried in your own photos or mail, and take actions in apps like Messages, Music and Reminders.2 Around it, Apple Intelligence adds Writing Tools, Image Playground, Visual Intelligence8 and Call Context, which surfaces the confirmation code from your mail as you ring the airline. New and expanded child safety features give parents and guardians more to work with.

  • Connectivity Wi-Fi 7,9 Bluetooth 6, 5G10 and eSIM7
  • Off the grid Messages via satellite and Emergency SOS via satellite11
  • On the road Roadside Assistance via satellite12 and Crash Detection13
  • Everyday Find My location sharing, Safari tab groups and Notify Me, and Shortcuts you describe in words

  • Accessories iPhone Duo Case, and iPhone Duo Folio with Kickstand for a range of viewing angles

Common questions.

Is iPhone Duo a flip phone or a foldable?

It is a foldable. Open, the 7.6-inch inner display4 is built for films and for running two apps side by side. Closed, the 5.4-inch outer display makes it pocketable and easy to use one-handed, so it also suits someone coming from a flip phone. Both displays share an aspect ratio, so content carries across when you fold it.

How is it different from iPhone 18 Pro?

They share the A20 Pro chip. iPhone Duo is the one that folds — Apple puts its open display 50 percent larger than iPhone 18 Pro Max — and iOS 27 adds things that only work on a folding phone: side-by-side apps, hands-free FaceTime, a phone that stands at your chosen angle. It is the better pick for multitasking and for watching things. iPhone 18 Pro keeps the Pro camera system, including a Fusion Telephoto that iPhone Duo does not have.

How much zoom does the camera have?

Up to 2x optical-quality zoom, shooting at 0.5x, 1x and 2x. There is no dedicated telephoto lens; the 2x comes off the 48MP sensor, so it holds detail rather than simply cropping.

How durable is a folding display?

Apple specifies a Grade 5 titanium frame and hinge cover, a scratch-resistant coating over the inner display, Ceramic Shield on the front and back, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.3

Can I move over from an Android phone?

Yes. Apple's Move to iOS app transfers photos, contacts, messages and calendars in a few steps. If you would rather not do it yourself, bring both phones into a Victra store and someone will move everything across and set the new one up with you.

Does it use a physical SIM?

No. iPhone Duo activates with an eSIM and has no physical SIM tray — part of how Apple freed up the internal space for the dual-battery system. An eSIM needs a carrier that supports it and an active service plan.7 Victra can set that up in store.

Where can I see one in person?

Victra is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with stores across the country. A folding phone is worth handling before you commit — the weight closed, the hinge, how the crease reads in the light. Check current availability and hours at your nearest store on the Victra store locator.

Notes and sources

Specifications and feature descriptions on this page come from Apple's iPhone Duo product page and its technical specifications. Apple is the source of every figure below; the notes are our summaries of Apple's published substantiation, not Apple's own wording.

  1. Battery and charging figures are Apple's. Apple states it tested preproduction iPhone Duo hardware and software in July 2026 on LTE and 5G networks, measuring video playback by looping a feature-length HDR film bought from the iTunes Store, and measured fast charging from a drained phone using its own USB-C cable or MagSafe charger with a 40W adapter. Apple notes that all battery claims depend on network configuration and other factors, that actual results vary, and that batteries have a limited number of recharge cycles and may eventually need replacing. Details: Apple's iPhone Duo specifications.
  2. Apple Intelligence and Siri AI are Apple features, not Victra or Verizon features. Apple describes Siri AI as available in beta in iOS 27 on Apple Intelligence-enabled devices, rolling out in English, with usage limits and with some capabilities unavailable in certain regions or languages. Apple's description: the iPhone Duo product page.
  3. Apple reports the IP68 rating from testing under controlled laboratory conditions against IEC standard 60529, to a maximum depth of 6 metres for up to 30 minutes. Apple is clear that splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent and can weaken with normal wear, that a wet iPhone should not be charged, and that liquid damage is not covered by warranty.
  4. Display sizes are Apple's stated figures and are rounded. Apple notes the displays have rounded corners within a standard rectangle; measured as a rectangle the inner folding display is 7.58 inches diagonally and the outer display is 5.36 inches. Actual viewable area is less.
  5. Apple describes Clean Up as available in beta, with its own compatibility and system requirements, and notes that usage limits may apply to Apple Intelligence editing features.
  6. CPU and memory-bandwidth figures are Apple's own comparisons of A20 Pro against A19 Pro, quoted as "up to" values. Apple publishes them on the iPhone Duo product page; performance varies with workload.
  7. Apple states that iPhone 14 models and later activate with an eSIM and do not support a physical SIM, and that using an eSIM requires a carrier that supports eSIM and a wireless service plan.
  8. Apple states Visual Intelligence works on any Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone, and that some capabilities are not available in every language or region.
  9. Apple states Wi-Fi 7 is available in countries and regions where it is supported.
  10. 5G requires a data plan and is available in select markets. Coverage and available speeds depend on your plan and location — ask in store what applies where you live.
  11. Apple states satellite features are included free for two years when you activate an iPhone 14 or later, that connection and response times vary with location and conditions, that some satellite features require a carrier plan, that messaging via satellite works on supported carriers and message rates may apply, and that connectivity is provided by Globalstar.
  12. Apple states Roadside Assistance fees are set by the assistance provider and vary by location and the type of help given.
  13. Apple states Crash Detection is available on iPhone Duo among other recent models and requires a cellular connection, satellite connectivity, or Wi-Fi calling.

iPhone 18 Pro

Three 48MP Fusion cameras, a variable aperture on the Main camera, and the A20 Pro chip — in a 6.3-inch iPhone 18 Pro or a 6.9-inch iPhone 18 Pro Max. Join the VIP list to be first to see it on the Verizon network with Victra.

The short version.

  • A 48MP Fusion Main camera with a variable aperture that adjusts itself to the light in front of you.

  • A bigger battery, greater efficiency, and faster wired charging. The figures are in the Battery section below.

  • Four finishes. Two sizes. One aluminum unibody, with color-matched back glass.

  • The A20 Pro chip, a next-generation vapor chamber, and a Dual 16-core Neural Engine.

  • Siri AI responding on the display of iPhone 18 Pro

Siri AI — a more personal assistant, rolling out in English. Terms and limits are in the Everyday section below.

Design

An aluminum unibody, in four finishes.

iPhone 18 Pro is built around an aluminum unibody with color-matched back glass, in two sizes: the 6.3-inch iPhone 18 Pro and the 6.9-inch iPhone 18 Pro Max. Both carry a Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion up to 120Hz. The front is Ceramic Shield 2, which Apple rates at three times the scratch resistance of iPhone 16 Pro, and the back is Ceramic Shield. Apple measures both display sizes as a standard rectangle — 6.27 inches on iPhone 18 Pro — so the actual viewable area is slightly smaller.

  • Action button

Press and hold for the one feature you reach for most — Silent mode, Translate, a Shortcut.

  • Built to last

A Ceramic Shield 2 front, a Ceramic Shield back, and an aluminum unibody that carries the whole structure.

Pro camera system

Three 48MP cameras, and an aperture that moves.

Every rear camera on iPhone 18 Pro is 48MP, covering an equivalent 13 mm to 200 mm — up to 8x optical-quality zoom without changing a lens. The Main camera adds something no iPhone has had before: an aperture that physically changes, from Æ’/1.48 wide open to Æ’/4.0 stopped down.

  • 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide 13 mm (.5x and macro) · Æ’/2.2 · 1.4 Âµm quad-pixel
  • 48MP Fusion Telephoto 100/200 mm (4x/8x) · Æ’/2.8 · 1.4 Âµm quad-pixel
  • Center Stage front camera 18MP, widening the frame on its own

Four stops, one lens.

The Main camera picks its aperture for the scene automatically. In Pro controls you can set it yourself — pick a stop to see what it changes.

Maximum light

The widest stop on the Main camera. It gathers the most light of the four, which is what you want indoors and after dark.

  • Pro controls

Bring the settings you use most to the front of the Camera app, so aperture, focus and exposure are one tap away.

  • Photographic Styles 3

Beyond tone and color, you can now customize texture — and apply it as you shoot rather than afterwards.

  • Smart focus tracking

On-device intelligence keeps the subject sharp while it moves, in photos and in video.

Pro video

Cinematic, after the fact.

iPhone 18 Pro lets you add Cinematic mode effects to regular video — including video you have already shot. Support for 60 fps makes slow motion smoother, and Audio Mix can lift a performance out of the noise around it.

  • Better low-light video

The camera system adjusts aperture and frame rate together at night or indoors, for brighter and clearer footage.

  • 4K time-lapse

Time-lapse records at 4K resolution with Dolby Vision HDR.

  • Audio Mix for music

Separate music and voices from background noise after you have recorded.

  • Dual Capture

Record the front and rear cameras at the same time — you and what you are looking at, in one take.

For the people who edit it afterwards

ProRes RAW and Apple Log 2 for color grading, genlock for syncing multiple cameras, and 4K 120 fps in Dolby Vision.

Battery life

A day that keeps going.

More capacity and greater efficiency give iPhone 18 Pro Max up to 45 hours of video playback — six hours more than iPhone 17 Pro Max — and up to 30 hours of general use per charge. Faster wired charging gets it to about half a charge in roughly fifteen minutes.

  • 45hrs Video playback on iPhone 18 Pro Max, in Apple’s testing
  • 30hrs General use per charge on iPhone 18 Pro Max
  • ~15min To about 50% charge with a compatible adapter

Performance

A20 Pro, and somewhere for the heat to go.

The A20 Pro chip borrows its packaging approach from Apple’s M-series: the silicon die sits side by side with memory, which moves heat out of the stack instead of through it. Paired with a next-generation vapor chamber, Apple measures graphics performance up to 40 percent faster than iPhone 17 Pro, and sustained performance up to 40 percent better than iPhone 17 Pro — the part you notice in a long gaming session rather than a benchmark.

Cutaway view of the A20 Pro chip and the vapor chamber inside iPhone 18 Pro
  • Dual 16-core Neural Engine

On-device intelligence runs on the phone, with new Neural Accelerators and higher memory bandwidth behind it.

  • M-class-inspired packaging

Placing the die beside memory rather than above it improves heat flow, and thermal headroom is what sustained speed is made of.

  • Next-generation vapor chamber

More surface area and more conductive materials, so high-intensity work stays fast for longer instead of tapering off.

Everyday

Siri AI, and the things you hope you never need.

Siri AI is Apple’s more capable assistant, rolling out in English. Apple Intelligence also brings Call Context, Clean Up, Image Playground and Shortcuts you can build without writing anything.

  • Messages via satellite

Send a message when there is no cellular or Wi-Fi coverage at all. Satellite features carry their own conditions — Apple publishes them.

  • Emergency SOS and Crash Detection

Call for help from where you are, and let the phone call for you if it detects a severe crash.

  • Roadside Assistance

Request help for a breakdown, including over satellite where cellular has run out.

  • eSIM on Verizon

iPhone 18 Pro activates with an eSIM rather than a physical SIM. A Victra team member can set that up with you in store.

Questions people ask us.

What is the difference between iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max?

Size and battery life. iPhone 18 Pro has a 6.3-inch display and iPhone 18 Pro Max a 6.9-inch one, and the larger phone is the one Apple rates at up to 45 hours of video playback. The camera system, the A20 Pro chip and the aluminum unibody are the same on both.

What does a variable aperture actually do?

It changes how much light reaches the sensor and how much of the scene stays sharp. Wide open at Æ’/1.48 the Main camera takes in the most light, which helps indoors and at night. Stopped down to Æ’/4.0 more of the frame stays in focus. The phone chooses for you, and Pro controls let you choose instead.

Which colors can I get?

Apple offers four finishes: Burgundy, Glacier, Silver and Black. Which ones a particular Victra store has on hand changes day to day, so it is worth calling ahead or checking with the team when you arrive.

Does iPhone 18 Pro use a physical SIM?

No. It activates with an eSIM. If you are moving from an older phone, a Victra team member can transfer your number and your Verizon plan onto the eSIM in store.

Can you move my photos, messages and apps across?

Yes. Bring both phones and your passcodes, and we will set up iPhone 18 Pro with you before you leave — including moving your data over and getting Face ID and your eSIM working.

What will it cost, and can I trade in my old phone?

Trade-in is available, and pricing and promotional terms change. Rather than quote a figure that may be out of date by the time you read it, we would rather work it out with you — a Victra team member can check what your current phone is worth and what Verizon offers apply on the day you come in.

Be first to see iPhone 18 Pro.

Health Sensing System

More heart data, far more often.

The redesigned sensing system pairs more capable optical and electrical sensors with larger, more power-efficient green LEDs, and runs them on the S11 chip. The result is a steadier stream of heart data: background readings through the day, and heart rate variability measured as often as every five minutes. You can see it all in the updated Heart Rate app or on a watch face complication.

Apple Watch Series 12 questions

What sizes does Apple Watch Series 12 come in?

Two case sizes, 46mm and 42mm, in aluminum, titanium or ceramic — eight finishes in total.

How long does the battery last?

Apple rates it at up to 24 hours of normal use, and up to 38 hours in Low Power Mode. Those figures come from Apple’s own testing in July and August 2026 on preproduction watches running prerelease software, in a mix of time checks, notifications, app use, a workout and sleep tracking. Real battery life moves with signal, settings and use.

Can Apple Watch Series 12 work without my iPhone?

A cellular model can call, text and stream over 5G on its own, and it needs a wireless plan to do it. Our team activates that on the Verizon network in store. Some features, including Blood Oxygen readings and Workout Buddy, still work with a paired iPhone.

Is it safe to swim with?

Yes. Apple rates it WR 50M under ISO standard 22810:2010 and IP6X for dust, which covers swimming in a pool or the ocean and snorkeling to 6 meters. Not scuba diving, waterskiing or other high-speed water sports. Water resistance is not permanent and wears down over time.

What is new compared with Apple Watch Series 11?

The Health Sensing System is new, and Apple says background heart rate readings arrive 60 times more often and HRV readings 24 times more often than on Apple Watch Series 11. Series 12 also adds the readiness score, Siri AI and Audio Intelligence on the S11 chip, and Ceramic Shield 2 on aluminum cases.

Which features are not available yet?

Apple lists the redesigned Health app, Health Age, Siri Recap and Live Rewind as coming late 2026, with some Audio Intelligence features in beta. Siri AI starts in English.

Can I see one before I decide?

Yes. Find your nearest Victra store, try both case sizes on, and compare the finishes in person — ceramic and titanium look very different on a wrist than they do on a screen.

Be first to try one on.

Join the VIP list and we will tell you the moment Apple Watch Series 12 lands at Victra. Our team pairs it, activates it on Verizon, and gets the health features running before you leave.

Apple Watch Ultra 4

Up to 50 hours between charges, a redesigned health sensing system, and satellite communications for the places your signal stops.

Available starting September 18

Seven things to know.

  • Apple Watch Ultra 4 showing a battery complication late in a long day

Up to 50 hours of normal use — the longest battery life Apple has put in an Apple Watch.

  • An all-new Health Sensing System, which Apple says delivers the most accurate heart rate sensing in a wearable.

  • A morning readiness score on the Apple Watch Ultra 4 display

A readiness score each morning, so you know whether today is a rest day or a hard one.

  • Heart rate variability readings in the Vitals app on Apple Watch Ultra 4

Heart rate variability sampled as often as every five minutes, day and night, for a clearer read on stress and recovery.

  • Health Age in the redesigned Health app, using data from Apple Watch Ultra 4

Health Age shows which habits are adding years and which are taking them off. Coming late 2026.

  • Siri AI answering a question on the Apple Watch Ultra 4 display

Siri AI on your wrist, plus Audio Intelligence running on the new S11 chip.

  • Apple Watch Ultra 4 connecting to a satellite far from any cell coverage

Built-in satellite communications, so you can still reach people — and emergency services — with no cell signal at all.

A closer look at the hardware.

1 Apple’s figures. Apple measured battery life and charge times in July and August 2026 on preproduction Apple Watch Ultra 4 units running prerelease software, using the included Magnetic Fast Charger to USB‑C Cable and a 20W adapter. Battery and charge times vary with use, settings, network, signal and temperature. 2 Apple tested against the MIL‑STD‑810H subsections for altitude, high and low temperature, temperature shock, humidity, immersion, freeze/thaw, shock and vibration. 3 Apple rates Apple Watch Ultra 4 to 100 metres under ISO standard 22810:2010. Recreational scuba diving to 40 metres needs a compatible app; it should not be used below 40 metres, and water resistance is not permanent and lessens over time. Full detail is published by Apple at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

Health sensing

It checks in on your heart far more often.

The all-new Health Sensing System pairs redesigned optical and electrical sensors with the S11 chip, so Apple Watch Ultra 4 takes a background heart rate reading every five seconds and samples heart rate variability as often as every five minutes — through the day and overnight. Apple calls it the most accurate heart rate sensing in a wearable.1 You read it back in the updated Heart Rate app, in Vitals, and in new watch face complications.

60x more frequent background heart rate readings than Apple Watch Ultra 3
24x more frequent HRV readings than Apple Watch Ultra 3
5 sec between background heart rate readings, the most frequent sensing yet on Apple Watch

1 Apple’s claim, from a study Apple ran in July and August 2026 against commercially available best-selling wearables as of June 2026. Apple publishes the method at apple.com/HRAccuracy. The 60x and 24x figures are Apple’s own generational comparisons against Apple Watch Ultra 3.

Running

Built for the whole run.

Precision dual-frequency GPS, real-time metrics and training-load insights that show what your workouts are doing to you over weeks, not just today. Workout Buddy gives you encouragement on pace, distance and progress as you go — and with cellular, it works without your iPhone along.1

  • A step count complication on the Apple Watch Ultra 4 watch face

    Step tracking

A more accurate step count and distance all day, on a walk or a treadmill, readable straight from the watch face.

  • Strava Live Segments running on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Strava

Live Segments show your progress against your own PRs and Live Elevation Stats track the climb. Workouts sync to the Fitness app on iPhone.

1 Workout Buddy needs a paired Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone and Bluetooth headphones, with the device and Siri language set to English or Spanish. Using it without your iPhone nearby needs a Wi‑Fi or cellular connection, and cellular service needs a wireless service plan. Requirements are Apple’s, published at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

Battery

Two days, most days.

More efficient workout algorithms stretch Apple Watch Ultra 4 further than any Apple Watch before it. Apple rates it at up to 50 hours of normal use, and up to 45 hours of Max Extended Workout tracking — long enough to finish a 100‑mile race on one charge.1

Everyday battery

Up to 50 hours of normal use
Up to 84 hours in Low Power Mode
In 15 min of fast charging, up to 18 hours of use

Workout battery

Up to 18 hours of standard workout tracking
Up to 45 hours of Max Extended Workout tracking

1 All figures are Apple’s. Apple tested in July and August 2026 on preproduction Apple Watch Ultra 4 units running prerelease software. The everyday figures come from a multi-day mix of time checks, notifications, app use, two 60‑minute workouts with music over Bluetooth and sleep tracking; the workout figures were measured on outdoor runs without a paired iPhone, and Extended and Max Extended Workout tracking switch on Low Power Mode and make some metrics unavailable. Charge times were measured with the included Magnetic Fast Charger to USB‑C Cable and a 20W adapter. Real battery life varies with use, configuration, cellular network, signal strength and temperature. Apple’s full testing notes are at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

Health

A fuller picture of your health.

Apple Watch Ultra 4 brings together sleep, heart, vitals and cycle data, with clinical validation behind it and several FDA-cleared features. Everything below is a wellness tool, not a diagnosis — the conditions Apple attaches to each one are set out at the end of this section.1

  • A nightly sleep score shown on Apple Watch Ultra 4 in the morning

    Sleep score

Every night is scored on duration, bedtime consistency, how often you woke and time in each stage — and it shows you how the score was reached.

  • Heart rate variability in the Vitals app on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    HRV in Vitals

Heart rate variability now appears in the Vitals app, sampled as often as every five minutes through the day and overnight.

  • A background heart rate reading in a watch face complication on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    High-frequency heart rate

Ultra 4 reads your background heart rate every five seconds, even when you are not working out, and surfaces it in a new complication.

  • A hypertension notification on the Apple Watch Ultra 4 display

    Hypertension notifications

The optical sensor watches how your blood vessels respond to each heartbeat across 30‑day periods, and can flag patterns of hypertension.

  • The ECG app recording a reading on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    ECG app

Generate a single-lead electrocardiogram from your wrist to check for signs of atrial fibrillation, and share the reading with your clinician.

  • A blood oxygen reading taken with Apple Watch Ultra 4 and viewed in the Health app

    Blood Oxygen

The sensor in Ultra 4 supports on-demand and background readings, day and night; the measurements are calculated and viewed in the Health app on iPhone.

  • The updated Heart Rate app on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Heart Rate app

Check your heart rate whenever you want, and get notified about a high or low rate or an irregular rhythm.

  • Cycle Tracking predictions shown on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Cycle Tracking

Log your cycle and get period, fertile window and retrospective ovulation estimates, plus notifications when patterns suggest perimenopause.

1 Apple’s conditions, in short. The Vitals and Blood Oxygen apps are for wellness, not medical use. Hypertension notifications are not for people under 22, anyone already diagnosed with hypertension, or people who are pregnant. The ECG app and irregular rhythm notifications are intended for people 22 and over, and irregular rhythm notifications are not for anyone already diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. Sleep apnea notifications are meant to detect signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea in people 18 and over without a diagnosis. Cycle Tracking is not birth control and does not diagnose anything. Apple publishes the full conditions at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

Apple Intelligence

Siri AI, on your wrist.

Siri AI can hold a natural back-and-forth, draw on world knowledge and your own context, and help you think through a training week from your wrist. Audio Intelligence uses the built-in microphone and the secure S11 chip to make sense of what you hear. Both are new, both are staged, and the requirements are worth reading before you count on them.1

  • A saved Siri conversation open in the Siri app on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    The Siri app

Start a question on your iPhone and pick it up on your wrist. Pin conversations and see the same content, images included, across your devices.

  • A Siri Recap summary with title and key points on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Siri Recap

Turns a conversation into a title, a summary and key points you can read back later. You choose when it takes notes, or switch it off entirely. Beta, late 2026.

  • Live Rewind transcribing the last fifteen seconds of conversation on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Live Rewind

Missed what someone said in a loud room? Double-click the Digital Crown and the last 15 seconds is transcribed. Beta, late 2026.

  • A Sound Recognition alert for a doorbell on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Sound Recognition

Built for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing: Ultra 4 listens for sirens, alarms, doorbells or a crying baby and taps your wrist, with no iPhone nearby.

  • The Music Recognition widget in the Smart Stack on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Faster Shazam

Shazam picks up what is playing around you and puts the title and artist in the Smart Stack, without you tapping anything.

1 Apple’s requirements. Siri AI is in beta in watchOS 27, needs an Apple Intelligence-enabled device set to a supported language, and is in English to start. Audio Intelligence needs Apple Watch Series 12 or Apple Watch Ultra 4; Live Rewind and Siri Recap arrive in beta late in 2026 and additionally need an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone 16 or later, excluding iPhone 16e. Some features that run server-side have daily usage limits. Neither Siri AI nor these Audio Intelligence features are available in the EU at launch. Apple publishes the detail at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

More sports

Whatever else you do.

On a bike it watches your speed and efficiency in real time. In the water it counts your sets, works out your stroke and adds up your distance. And in the gym it can follow a bench press or a barbell lift rep by rep.

  • A Multisport workout on Apple Watch Ultra 4 moving from the swim leg to the bike leg

    Multisport

Ultra 4 recognises when you move between swimming, cycling and running, and records the metrics for each leg separately.

  • A cycling workout from Apple Watch Ultra 4 shown as a Live Activity on a handlebar-mounted iPhone

    Cycling on your iPhone

Start a cycling workout on Ultra 4 and it appears as a Live Activity on your iPhone — easier to read, and safer, on a handlebar mount.

  • Power Zones shown during a cycling workout on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Power Zones

Pair a power meter and Ultra 4 estimates your Functional Threshold Power, then shows current power, time in zone and your average.

  • Workout Views on Apple Watch Ultra 4 with the Digital Crown turning between metrics

    Workout Views

Put the metrics you care about front and centre, and turn the Digital Crown to move between Heart Rate Zones, splits and elevation.

  • Strength training reps being tracked on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Strength training

The Workout app tracks bench press and barbell lifts more accurately, so a session in the gym counts properly.

  • Swim stroke detection and set counting on Apple Watch Ultra 4 in a pool

    Swim stroke

In a pool, Ultra 4 detects your stroke, counts auto sets with distance and pace, and reports SWOLF so you can see your efficiency.

  • The Up Next view during a Custom Workout on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Up Next

In any Custom Workout, Up Next shows what is left in the current interval and what is coming after it.

  • An offline map open on Apple Watch Ultra 4 with no cell signal

    Offline maps

Download the area on your iPhone before you go and it syncs to the watch, so you still know where you are with no signal.1

  • Waypoints marked in the Compass app on Apple Watch Ultra 4

    Compass waypoints

Mark where you are, or drop a pin on a trailhead. Cellular and emergency-call waypoints record your last known location on each network automatically.

  • Dive data displayed on Apple Watch Ultra 4 underwater

    Full dive capability

The Oceanic+ app from Huish Outdoors turns Ultra 4 into a working dive computer, calculating and monitoring your dive parameters with the warnings you expect.2

  • The Tides app on Apple Watch Ultra 4 showing the next high tide

    Tides

Seven days of rising, falling, high and low tides plus sunrise and sunset, for shorelines worldwide and more than 115,000 beaches by name.

1 Offline Maps needs watchOS 26 or later and an iPhone 11 or later on iOS 26 or later, and is not available everywhere. 2 Oceanic+ requires a subscription and comes from the App Store. Apple Watch Ultra models support recreational scuba diving to 40 metres; always follow diving protocols, dive with a companion, and carry a secondary device. Both conditions are Apple’s, published at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4.

On the go

A way to reach help, even with no signal.

Away from cellular and Wi‑Fi, Apple Watch Ultra 4 can connect to a satellite — to message the people waiting on you, share where you are, or contact emergency services from your wrist without your iPhone.1

A hiker checking Apple Watch Ultra 4 at dusk, far from any cell coverage
  • Emergency SOS via satellite

A few taps gathers what matters, finds a satellite and reaches emergency services.

  • Fall Detection

After a hard fall it can connect you to emergency services, give dispatchers your location and notify your contacts.

  • Crash Detection

In a severe car crash it can call for help, share your location and alert your emergency contacts.

  • Siren

Hold the Action button and Ultra 4 sounds a siren audible up to 600 feet — about 180 metres — away.

  • Messages via satellite

Send and receive texts, emoji and Tapbacks over iMessage or SMS when there is no network at all.

  • Find My via satellite

Share your location with people you chose before you left, so they know roughly where you are.

  • Flashlight

Light a campsite, find something in a pack, or stay visible on a night run. Assign it to the Action button.

  • Medical ID

First responders can pull your allergies and medications straight off your wrist.

  • Cellular and 5G

Text, talk, stream and train with the watch alone. Cellular service needs a wireless service plan.2

1 Apple includes Emergency SOS, Find My and Messages via satellite free for two years with activation of Apple Watch Ultra 3 or later. Find My and Messages via satellite need a carrier plan, and connection and response times vary with location and conditions. Satellite service is provided by Globalstar. To send and receive SMS over satellite from a cellular Apple Watch, your paired iPhone must be powered on and connected, though it does not need to be nearby. 2 Cellular service requires a wireless service plan, and 5G availability varies by market and carrier. Both are Apple’s terms, published at apple.com/apple-watch-ultra-4. Talk to us in store about which Verizon plan adds a watch line.
