Verizon Teacher Discounts

• Visit Verizon’s Teachers webpage, click on the “check eligibility” button, followed by the “get started” button
• Click “Create an ID.me account”
• Follow the account creation steps for creating an ID.Me account and upload images of official documents or your teacher’s ID.
• Alternatively, social security number, teacher number, state, school district, and school may be entered in order to verify your teacher status with ID.me.

• Id.Me will automatically send you back to the Discounts by Verizon Wireless page.
• To get the plan discount or to start shopping for another discounted plan click on “Existing Customers” or “New to Verizon” and follow the prompts. 

• Visit Verizon’s Check My Submission Status page
• After registering for the discount, you may check the status of the application of the discount on Verizon’s Check My Validation Status page.
• It can take up to 2-3 billing cycles for the discount updates to appear on your account.
• You can see your discount by logging into My Account on Verizon.com and viewing your last bill (Main Menu–>Account–>Bill–>Bill Overview–>View Details) or by opening the My Verizon app (Main Menu–>Account –>View or Pay Your Bill or Main Menu–>More–>Bill–>View details).
