He is a catalyst for change in well known, large-scale companies across multiple industries including retail, technology, wireless and financial services. Ron’s performance driven track record for leading organizations through change, revitalization, and accelerated growth is equally combined with his ability to build extraordinary culture and people development.

Previously, Ron held senior executive roles with T-Mobile, Bank of America, Ross Dress For Less and 99 Cents Only stores from California. His expertise and focus have always been on modernizing the businesses and positioning them for significant growth.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife of 38 years, his two grown children and grandson. He also loves the outdoors and the ocean.
