Katie was awesome, helping me with a phone I bought elsewhere, but got me my sim and all the other accessories I needed . And then transferring all my data from my old, slow phone. Everything I dreaded handling myself!

I was greeted kindly and assisted on very quickly. He was able to assist me in what I needed in a timely manner, though I know it takes awhile to set up phone. Friendly and knowledgeable.

The Manager of this store was incredible. Even though she was the only employee in the store she made sure that everyone was acknowledged and made sure that we were assisted in the order in which we arrived. She even called another store to get another employee. I have never received this kind of service from Verizon in 15 years. Kudos to her.
