Angie was very patient with us. She let us take the time we needed to look and ask question. She also got everyone set up for us and got us transferred from another company, which was no easy task. She was awesome and when it came closing time and the setup wasn't complete she apologized and was happy to continue working until it was perfect and we knew how to use our new phones.

Angie was amazing helping us get a new phone setup for my mom in time for Christmas. After looking at her old phone and account, Angie had a couple of recommendations at different price points and helped walk us through the pros and cons of each. Once we made a decision she helped make sure things were setup and ready to go on the new phone. Great experience all around.

The young lady who helped us was really nice and very knowledgeable about everything we needed. I have always avoided going to the store because of the extremely long time usually spent in the store but she was quick at servicing us while being very friendly.

Yesterday I had an awful experience in Nacogdoches. I drove to Henderson to see what they could do and in minutes Vicky had solved my problem… for free. I was going to be out over $500 for a new phone at the other place. This will be my main store forever! So thankful you were able to help me!
