Natalie and Kayla were exceptional Verizon Sales reps. The were professional, patient and so very knowledgeable of the apple phone products. There was an issue with ordering my phone which tested all of our patiences but Natalie and Kayla were claim and apologetic. Everything worked out! Thank you! I am really enjoying my new 12 pro max!

The service was excellent! I was able to walk right in an get assistance with no wait. Chris made the phone upgrade and phone transfer process nice and smooth. The entire staff was nice and friendly and overall just provided great service! Definitely the best Verizon store I’ve been to!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Cailey was extremely helpful even through a multitude of complications related to our experience. Seeing her train Daniel really showed her knowledge and leadership ability. I will definitely come here for any of my future Verizon needs!
