I went in to get a phone I had bought through Motorola activated and John was very patient and kind with absolutely excellent customer service. It was a bit difficult because of sim card issues but he never got upset or frustrated. It was a wonderful experience. I'll go back anytime I need help with any of my Verizon devices.

My iPhone 11 messed up things happen part of life I went in to this location and Rodney sweet hours and even stayed a hour past closing to make sure we got the problem closed when apple tried to give him grief over not replacing my phone ASAP he put his foot down and I ended up getting a iPhone 12 at no extra cost to me!
