I can’t begin to tell you my experience with Chanel. After she left the Yorba Linda location I literally had to hunt her down. Her attention to detail and professionalism is beyond exceptional and helpfulness was top notch.

Josh at the Spectrum store was awesome. He was working by himself yet stayed very calm and collected with a busy store. We had an appointment, and he was able to take us early. Very knowledgeable about the product. It was a pleasant experience. Would recommend Josh and the Irvine Spectrum store .
