This was my first time going to this location and the staff were SO helpful and very friendly. They answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured into upgrading my phone (even though I was there to inquire about a new phone anyway). I was a little frustrated coming from a different phone provider store with less than ideal experience and Curtis was very helpful and patient.
