New 5G Home or LTE Home Internet customers that activate 5G Home or LTE Home Internet get a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason and disconnect service in the first 30 days after, then you get a credit for the internet service charge.
If a customer disconnects their 5G Home or LTE Home Internet service within the first 30 days, a credit is applied systematically 1-2 bill cycles after the equipment is returned. Customer must return the device within 30 days of disconnect to receive the service credit to avoid any equipment charges. Late fees, subscriptions/entertainment products (i.e. AMC, Disney, etc.), add-ons (i.e, Cloud, Home Device Advisor, Home Protect, Disney+, etc) are not eligible to be credited with the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
