Jerry brings over 25 years of legal and executive experience, most notably from his tenure at Verizon, where he served in multiple senior roles including General Counsel of Verizon Wireless and Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. His legal oversight spanned critical functions such as consumer law, advertising, sourcing, real estate, financial services, and environment, health & safety.

Jerry’s career reflects a deep commitment to legal excellence, strategic risk management, and operational integrity. He began his legal journey as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and later was a litigator in private practice before joining Verizon.

He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BBA from the University of Miami. Jerry also serves as a lecturer in law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law, teaching an administrative law course.
