My experience at this location was amazing. The representative Chelsi was beyond helpful. She wasn’t just there to sell me a product, she provided me with all of the necessary information that I needed, she also assisted with my set up and help me set up my Verizon apps and merge my Fios account so I can get a discount on my bill. She provided amazing customer service.

I barely had a chance to get in the store when an associate attended to me. At that point he solved my problem quickly pleasantly and professionally in exactly the way I hoped it would be solved. If your cell phone service in my apartment wasn't infuriatingly intermittent I would still be with T-Mobile and happily frequenting that store.

Great customer service. I worked with Luis. He was simply amazing and was able to set up my new phone with ease. No pressure to purchase anything else, he just asked what I wanted , made a few suggestions and it was easy. The environment is extremely friendly and customer service ready.
