Marc joined Victra in early 2022 and has over 22 years of experience managing high-risk corporate and strategic transactions, overseeing the legal affairs of multibillion dollar business units, and helping corporations make sound strategic decisions.

Prior to Victra, Marc held senior legal leadership and general counsel roles at Wells Fargo, United Technologies, Ingersoll Rand and a private-equity backed technology company.

Marc began his legal career at the law firm of Baker & Daniels (now known as Faegre Drinker) where he advised Fortune 500 companies on complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Prior to enrolling in law school, Marc worked at the United States Department of Justice in Washington D.C. where he was honored twice by then-U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno for his work. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University and his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys weight-training, traveling, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts!
