Joe joined Victra in 2020 and has 30 years of finance and field leadership experience. Prior to joining Victra, he was president of ATN International, a publicly traded company delivering communications and renewable energy services, where he reframed the strategy and transformed the business. Joe rose through the ranks at Verizon Wireless, where he was the chief financial officer of both field operations and the south area. Joe also spent time in the role of vice-president of commercial finance, closely collaborating with the sales and marketing team that lead to record-setting customer and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) growth.

Joe holds an MBA in finance from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Holly, his two children and playing tennis and golf.
