ABC PHONES OF NORTH CAROLINA, INC. (“VICTRA”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: July 27, 2021
By downloading and utilizing Victra, I understand and agree that the use of the app is voluntary and the app will use my GPS to determine my approximate location in order to ensure that I am located at or within an approved radius of a designated Victra work location to enable use of timekeeping and other features on Victra which may only be used on Victra premises. At all times Victra has the right, but not the obligation, to access, monitor, and record the GPS location of your device when the Victra is in use. You understand you have no expectation of privacy regarding your location information or any data/information stored, maintained, transmitted, gathered, or otherwise collected by the Victra.
At each designated work location, Victra will provide electronic devices for employees to use for work-related duties if they do not want to use their personal devices or do not consent to providing their location while using Victra on their personal devices.
All non-exempt employees are required to record their time accurately and in compliance with Victra’s “Recording Time” Policy in the Employee Handbook. Employees who fail to accurately report their hours worked may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. If any employees have issues clocking-in and clocking-out, they should reach out to HR via support central (HR>Payroll>Time Edits) immediately for guidance.
