Terms and Conditions

Open Network Exchange Inc, a licensed seller of travel for Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd., (“ONE”) is proud to partner with ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. d/b/a Victra – Verizon (“Victra”) to offer Princess Cruises® (“Princess”) cruise booking savings (as defined below, and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein), in connection with a consumer’s eligible Victra purchase (“Offer”).

Eligibility: The Offer (and therefore, corresponding Certificate, if any) are only available to eligible Consumers as defined herein.

Details: Consumers that make an eligible Victra purchase (as set forth herein) during the offer eligibility period from November 10, 2022 to January 31, 2023 (“Offer Term”) (such eligible consumers referred to herein as “Consumers”), will receive a Certificate, or e-certificate, that may be used towards a future Princess cruise booking (“Certificate”). All determinations of whether a Purchase is eligible and qualifies for the Offer and a Certificate shall be determined by ONE and Victra at their sole discretion. For example, a Consumer who has a $1- $500 eligible Victra purchase during the Offer Term will receive a Certificate with a value of up to $500*, and a Consumer who has a $501 or more eligible Victra purchase during the Offer Term will receive a Certificate with a value of up to $1000*. A Consumer who has an eligible Victra purchase over $1 between the dates of November 25-28, 2022 will receive a Certificate with a value of up to $1000*. Consumers may use the Certificates as described below.

Limit: The maximum amount of any Certificate that may be awarded in connection with the Offer is one thousand dollars ($1,000), and a limit of one (1) Certificate that may be used per Princess cruise booking.

How to redeem:

1) Scan the QR code on the Certificate or visit www.princess.com/victra to redeem your Voucher.
2) Complete and submit the redemption form with your information and the Victra transaction number listed on the Victra receipt.
3) A Cruise Vacation Concierge will contact you within two (2) business days to finish creating your customer account and adding your Certificate to your account.

Certificate Terms and Details: Certificates expire on February 15, 2023 and must be used by such date or may be forfeited in their entirety in ONE’s sole and exclusive discretion. Certificates may be applied towards one stateroom for two guests on any Princess cruise. Certificates must be used on a Princess cruise that departs in 2022 or 2023 or such Certificate shall be forfeited.

The amount of Certificate savings that can be applied to any cruise booking, as well as all cruise reservations and arrangements, are subject to availability and restrictions, as determined by ONE in its sole and exclusive discretion (each eligible cruise, a “Cruise”). Only one (1) Certificate, with a maximum value of no more than $1000, may be applied to a single Cruise booking for up to two guests. *Not all sailings may qualify for full savings amount. Please contact your cruise concierge to discuss available itinerary options. Certificates are subject to all terms imposed by ONE. Cruise fares include all regular onboard meals and entertainment. Certificates cannot be used on individual items that are not included in an available package including, without limitation, taxes, fees, and port expenses, alcoholic beverages, baggage fees and travel expenses (including but not limited to all shore-side hotel accommodations, airline fees, or ground transfers to and from the ship), onboard expenditures, onboard gratuities, onboard discretionary hotel/dining charges, onboard meals in alternate dining venues, excursion fees, boutique purchases, and any other expenses not specified as being eligible for using the Certificate against. Certificates must be used and applied before boarding a Cruise; Certificates are not onboard currency or usable/redeemable on board a cruise. Any expenses that are not eligible to be covered by a Certificate are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.

This Certificate has been issued by Victra and ONE and must be redeemed for a Princess cruise. This Certificate is not redeemable for cash and is limited to one per person. The individual who redeems the Certificate in connection with the Offer (“Redeeming Individual”) must: (i) book the Cruise, (ii) be part of the Cruise booking; and (iii) sail on the Cruise in which the Certificate was used. The Certificate cannot be used to book a Cruise for any person other than the Redeeming Individual. If for any reason the Redeeming Individual does not board or embark on the Cruise as required, any other guests sailing in the Redeeming Individual’s stateroom will be held responsible for the full cost of the Cruise and will not be able to use the Certificate. Certificates are valid on new bookings only and are not valid on previously booked cruises. Certificates cannot be combined with any other offers.

ONE has the right to dishonor any Certificate that has not been expressly authorized by ONE and Victra. Victra and ONE are not affiliated with, nor agents of Princess, and are solely responsible for this offer.

By sailing, Consumer and any guests agree to Princess’ passenger contract available at https://www.princess.com/legal/passage_contract/.

Cruise guests (if Consumer chooses to add a guest to the booking) must meet all eligibility requirements to sail as described on Princess’ website as of the date of departure unless the Cruise guest is the child of the Consumer (in which case such minor guests must be accompanied at all times during the Cruise by the Consumer). All Cruise travelers must have all necessary identification and/or Cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by Princess and/or applicable governments/ports) required for chosen Cruise. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Princess reserves the right to refuse to embark any traveler, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Princess, a traveler is unfit for any reason for the Cruise. Princess shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by Cruise operators or any other persons providing any Cruise-related services or accommodations. Consumer and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Princess has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
