(Revised 6.29.2020)
Victra strives to maintain a professional atmosphere that accurately represents the Company’s image to the public. Employees should use good judgment regarding their clothing, be clean and neat in their appearance, and dress in a manner that complies with the requirements of their position as stated in this policy. Employees are not required to purchase specific Victra attire or gear. Any employee who is not dressed in proper professional attire consistent with this policy will be considered unsuitable to work and may be asked to go home and return to work appropriately dressed. In such a case, the employee will not be compensated for time spent away from work. Employees who disregard this policy and its standards will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
If you require a reasonable accommodation related to the dress code for reasons based on religion, disability, or other grounds protected by federal, state, or local laws, please contact your Human Resources representative or call the HR Hotline at 919-325-2160. Reasonable accommodation will be granted unless it would cause an undue hardship on the business.
