What Qualifies for Price Guarantee?
- The product must be identical to the competitor’s product. The product must be a matching brand, model number and color.
- The product must be new, in stock, and immediately available at select local or online retail competitors. We will price match Connected Devices (defined below) and accessories only. Exclusions below apply.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- The price match request must be initiated at the time of sale. You must present the sales associate with a printout, local ad, photo, smartphone display or app showing the retail competitor’s price. A sales team must be able to validate the retail competitor’s price in order to complete the price match. If the price cannot be validated, we may decline to price match.
- Prices of local retail competitors within a 10-mile radius of the customer’s purchasing store location at the time of transaction will be considered.
- “Connected Devices” are as follows: Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, Jetpack/Hotspots and other Verizon network connected products.
- We will price match available, in-store Connected Devices and accessories only.
- VerizonWireless.com, Amazon.com, and BestBuy.com are the only select online retail competitors.
- If we lower our in-store or online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
- Our Price Match Guarantee covers new, in-stock items only (excludes clearance). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.
Victra will match the price of a qualifying product if you find the identical item for less at select local or online retail competitors. Our Price Guarantee Policy is subject to the terms and conditions below. Victra may update or modify this Price Guarantee Policy at any time.
Price Guarantee Exclusions:
- The prices of online retail competitors not listed in the Additional Terms and Conditions section.
- Local retail competitors beyond a 10-mile radius of the customer’s purchasing store location.
- Connected Devices sold by any other wireless carrier (i.e., AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, etc.) or their agents.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on any website including online competitors listed within the terms and conditions.
- Pricing only available to select groups of customers including, but not limited to customer loyalty offers and discounts relating to government or corporate affiliation.
- Competitors which require a membership or wholesale stores/clubs such as Costco or BJ’s.
- Competitor offers including service prices, pre-order offers, trade-in offers, special daily or hourly flash sales, or any proprietary sale items (i.e., sales exclusive to a retail competitor of overstock or end-of-life products).
- Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, rebates, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, liquidation or going-out-of-business sale pricing.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any other offers, promotion or coupon.
