Julie brings more than 20 years of results and values-driven strategic human resource experience in corporate, supply chain, retail, and manufacturing environments. She has a leadership track record of consistently inspiring trust, developing talent, and delivering business results. During Julie’s time at Victra, she has grown the human resources team to support the company’s growth trajectory and stays true to Victra’s people-first culture. Prior to her time at Victra, Julie spent ten years working for Advance Auto Parts, most recently as their vice president of human resources.

Julie holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a bachelor’s from the College of Saint Rose.

Julie enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with animal rescue organizations, and traveling.
