Customer Care Representatives

When you join Victra as a Customer Care Representative, you will provide solutions by listening carefully to guests with patience, courtesy, and at times empathy. Connecting with guests, discovering concerns and opportunities, recommending solutions, and closing out calls with guests being 100% satisfied are key competencies of this role. Building relationships on trust through world-class customer experiences by:

  • Resolving customer concerns related to general issues, billing, and/or account issues
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to apply it to solve problems (basic computer operations).
  • Demonstrating self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team

Telesales Representatives

Do you enjoy talking to others? Are you unafraid to approach guests to talk about the latest technology or services available to them? You can ask questions openly when you need clarification and work with a team to handle calls daily. Your upbeat attitude, motivation, drive and strong work ethic will be a necessity to succeed in this role. We are also looking for Telesales Representatives to:

  • Provide world-class customer service care
  • Increase sales and business for assigned accounts
  • Learn how to schedule appointments for assigned accounts
  • Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills
  • Continually multi-task with multiple windows/programs
  • Occasionally speak with assigned account representatives on guest’s behalf
  • Communicate effectively
  • Maintain a working relationship with all internal partners
  • At all times maintain a secured work area and protect consumer information in a paperless and outside device-free environment
  • Follow all company safety & wellness protocols including pre-shift temperature check requirements
  • Be a Brand Ambassador
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by your manager

Telesales Supervisors

As a Telesales Supervisor, you will hire and train a team of Telesales Representatives, monitor their sales and operation progress, and coach them to success. You will be a part of a winning culture and fun atmosphere that supports creativity and growth. We are also looking for the Telesales Supervisor to:

  • Develop strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales with strong list yield
  • Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the guest experience
  • Identify and implement ways to increase productivity and performance for the Telesales Representatives
  • Motivate the team to be accountable for exceeding individual and team sell-in, adherence, quality, and customer service established goals
  • Design and implement department incentives to motivate and recognize employees regularly
  • Support recruitment and training efforts to develop and retain a strong sales force
  • Effectively manage day to day attendance tracking, policy adherence, and escalation resolution and performance issues
  • Effectively utilize operational processes, data, reports and programs to maximize department, campaign and individual results
  • Become subject matter expert to help close performance gaps
  • Perform other duties as required
