Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. We were incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina. We currently employ over 4,500 people and serve our guests in over a 1,000 locations across 46 states. We are proud of our history and we are excited about the future.
